Cryptocurrencies are digital or virtual currencies that use cryptography for security and are decentralized, meaning they are not controlled by any government or financial institution. Digital Asset Basics is designed to teach students a strong foundation in cryptocurrency and how to safely and effectively use them.

 

Throughout the 12-week virtual course, your student will learn about the history and technology of cryptocurrencies, the various types of cryptocurrencies, and their unique features. They will also learn about blockchain, the underlying technology of cryptocurrencies, and how it works.

 

The course is designed to be engaging and interactive, with fun and relatable examples and activities to help students understand and retain the concepts.

 

Whether your student has never heard of cryptocurrency or looking to improve their knowledge, this course is for them. By the end of the course, they will have a solid understanding of cryptocurrencies and the confidence to talk about them effectively.
